Cascade Retail Group is engaging EliteExec on a retained basis to identify the next Managing Director. This is a defining appointment: full P&L accountability, board-level visibility, and a mandate to shape the organization's next chapter.

Requirements

15+ years of progressive leadership within consumer or an adjacent regulated sector
Demonstrated P&L ownership at scale, ideally north of $500M
Board-facing communication and public-market or PE-sponsor experience
MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred
Willingness to relocate or lead a hybrid presence in the primary market
